A fun and supportive 8-week group for kids ages 8–11 to better understand their ADHD brain, build confidence, and practise tools for big feelings, focus, organization, problem-solving, and friendship skills.
ADHD skills support for kids
The ADHD Toolbox is designed for children who have ADHD or ADHD-related challenges and would benefit from practical, child-friendly tools for emotions, focus, planning, flexibility, communication, and confidence.
Through games, activities, creativity, and group discussions, children learn more about how their brains work, recognize their strengths, and practise skills they can use across home, school, and friendships.
